Flooring work is not the same as furniture finishing, each floor is unique and each has its own minor flaws, unique characteristics, high traffic areas, etc. All floor surfaces are expected to undergo a great deal of wear and tear over time.
Hardwood, laminate, vinyl do expand & contract during seasonal changes and not considered abnormal. True north floors is not responsible for damage to floors caused by shifting, climate changes or alkalinity concrete.
